Hi so sorry to bother you I have additional needs and a support worker has shown me how to contact you guys so I bought a dog cage quite a while again and writhing a few weeks of having it things where damaged I have been speaking with seller for a long time him saying he will send me the items that are damaged me keep asking for a refund due to time it’s taking and now I can’t send him any msg… like he’s blocked me… iv been trying to find a way to speak with eBay since September and my career just said what’s happening with this cage it’s big n nit getting used as it should be for the dogs so she has shown me how to speak this way… I’m just unable to msg the seller it’s such a lot of money to spend on something that only lasted a few mths like iv said to seller over n over again I have had cheep crates that's why this time I paid a lot more for a solid one and it’s made no difference

You are out of time to do anything through Ebay.
Ebay give you 30 days only to start the returns process for a faulty item and it looks as if you received this early in November.
You could try your payment provider - if you used a credit or debit card you might be able to start a chargeback.
If you paid through Paypal, they only give you 30 days to ask for a refund for a faulty item.
I didn't read all the screenshots. Whatever the seller has promised, I am afraid those messages don't have any bearing on what you need to do next.
So, no help availble from Ebay.
Try your payment provider.
Edit: I may have misread that. If you bought this in November 2023, more than a year ago, which seems to be right from the first message, you can't do anything through your bank either.
