Bought a few items, noticed some of them used Evri as the courier so I selected a local location for Collect+ delivery instead because Evri are the only courier company whose drivers can never find my house. For two of the items I received all the email notifications for dispatch, delivery and a collection QR code to use for picking it up but for one item I’ve received none of these notifications and in my Purchases list it shows as “your order is being prepared” and the “delivered” and “ready” markers haven’t lit up yet but the shop has my item and can’t release it to me without a code. Is this an issue on the sellers side, eBay’s side or the collection points side? I can’t reach anyone at eBay just a useless chatbot that says “choose from the following options” and doesn’t list any options. I cannot even.
