Ebay smary delivery underpriced my parcel.

I sent out a parcel to a buyer and the weight that was charged to the buyer by ebay smart send was for <2kg but the actual weight is 5kg. Who will foot the difference me or the buyer?

If eBay themselves decided on the weight and size and you did not choose it yourself then eBay are supposed to be responsible for underpaid postage. 

eBay say you should post it and they will cover the extra charge.  We are informed that  Post offices are being told to accept underpaid eBay parcels, as long as they say marketplace seller on the label.
