I bought item, worked absolutely fine to start with. Then 2 to 3 months ago lot's of error messages was popping up, did buy a new card for it an has made no difference.(error code : 2016 - 0641 ) messaged seller to say about issue, seller answer was to look on YouTube an that will solve it, but it hasn't. I've messaged seller about a week ago and again this morning with no response.

What do I do next???

There is nothing that can be done through ebay as they only offer a 30 day money back guarantee,  and even that is not a legal requirement as you did not buy from ebay.
