Is anyone else having trouble with the new way photos upload? It seems to put them all in the wrong order which is so frustrating, and trying to move them about once uploaded isn’t working properly. How can I report this to eBay tech team, as I seem to be going around in circles. I liked the old way it worked
Hi, it’s still an issue for me today. You can make a photo the main photo but cannot move other about once uploaded and they don’t upload in the order you select them …. Another problem is when listing, from the step going from the price to the postage, my screen sticks and does not load so I have to save and pick up from where I left off again. All seems to happen since the new way of listing has changed .
Hi, this is still an issue and causing problems. Is anyone looking into it at eBay? The main frustration is not putting the photos in order as you upload and then not being able to move them about - it’s hit and miss if it moves them around. Doesn’t look very professional when photos are out of sync 😞
Hi, this is still a big problem….. although some new features work (like being able to crop and change the photo when uploaded) , it’s still not importing photos in the right order from my album, and not letting me move them about once uploaded - also now it does not let you upload more. You have to save to draft, then it’s sometimes hit and miss if it lets you upload more or you have to delete all photos, and start again uploading one by one! Please can someone look into this
Hi, is there any update on this - it’s still an issue and frustrating. The photos don’t upload how you select them and then you can’t move them about, so you have to delete and upload one by one …… please please can the tech people look into it.
hi, is there any update on this? I’ve heard nothing and seen no improvement. Uploading photos out of sink and not being able to move them once uploaded to where you want them 😞
