I’ve just changed my phone and all my eBay history has been wiped off is there a way to reload my past history

Do you have more than one account?   It looks like you're using an account that has no history of buying or selling anyway.

Have you unintentionally opened another account ? --- Reported to happen when using Phones /Apps to Login resulting in opening a 'cloned' account with lost history/missing/corrupted details.

Using a PC/Laptop, try to recover the Original account/history with a fresh login >  www.ebay.co.uk  <  Homepage login  and previous/usual email/Username/s/Password/s etc. --- any new account can remain unused or closed.

Log out of this new eBay account you've created and then log in again, you'll need to switch to your old eBay ID.
