New payout rules ridiculous

These new payout rules are the worst thing ebay has ever done,I don't see how this can be right, making people wait for there funds until item shown as delivered. I don't know about anyone else but every now and again my posted items don't show as being delivered but that don't mean that it hasn't been. I always buy my postage from Ebay so clearly shows it's been posted and sometimes post-office don't scan which I know they should. As I see it this new rule leaves the door open for some people to say item not delivered even if it has,so seller is the one that loses out. I don't sell for fun I sell to live and potentially giving goods away is not right on any level.

Ebay state:

'For untracked deliveries, or tracked deliveries with no delivery confirmation, funds will become available 14 calendar days from the order date.'

You will always get paid even if there is no tracking or it is not updated.

Buyers are no more likely to claim items have not arrived than they were before the changes.
