if when selling an item on ebay and the  buyer would like to come and view, how can you send your address?it seems on ebay you have to wait until the buyer pays before you can give out address.is there any way i can by pass this on my selling page?thank you.for any advice.

Nope this cannot be done,  it would be against eBay rules.

For a collection item,  buyer buys,  pays at eBay checkout, only then can contact / address details be exchanged.

When buyer comes and inspects, if they do not like the item,  you cancel the order, citing Buyer Requests to Cancel.  This fully refunds the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

You can then relist the item.
