I have not received funds although buyer has said it was delivered. Yet my funds are on hold.

I have sold an item and the item was delivered .the buyer has gave good feedback and the tracking has said the item was delivered .But my funds for the item are in hold. Any ideas as to what I do

The new payment system states if tracking shows delivery then your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date. 

That is,  if you do not have any initial holds if you are a new or returning seller,  then payouts can be held for 21 days.
