New payout policy

Ive been selling on eBay for over 17 years. This new policy is just not fair.

1. My buyers will have to pay extra for ebay protection policy (that had previously been free of charge)

2. Buyers will have to pay extra postage costs as all orders will have to be sent tracked.

3. Me as a seller will not be paid until the item has been delivered and then have to wait another 2 days.

Money is tight these days & buyers will go elsewhere to purchase.

This is a loose loose policy both for buyers, sellers and ebay.

They need to rethink this new policy urgently.

How can it possibly be administered

I for one will be looking elsewhere to sell

Re: New payout policy

Your bullet points are all valid points.

Your points  on what will happen is affecting many, who are unhappy to say the least,  about the changes.

Your last line probably will be the action many will take.

If you read the ebay message it says buyers will still get "Free" buyer protection if they buy from "Business sellers only".

The sooner a private seller posts out using a tracked postal service, the quicker they will be paid once delivered ..Your funds will be available in your eBay balance two days after delivery confirmation.
