There is nothing in the feedback that would make Ebay remove it. It reflects the buyer's experience and opinion.

Unfortunately, some buyers do use the feedback system as a messaging board, this could easily have been sent to you via a message.
All you can do, is to send the buyer a polite message, and I know a lot of this may be through gritted teeth, but to apologise the shoes feel tight, but they are the correct size and yes, the recent amazing hot weather would definitely affect the feel of the correctly sized shoe, as feet do swell in hot weather!
Ask them would they kindly accept a feedback revision to complete, as they can appreciate you have sold a correct sized shoe.
If they don't accept and change the feedback, at least it's a neutral and does not affect your seller performance or feedback % score. I would be wary in leaving any follow up feedback but if you do, be aware others reading this shows the kind of seller you are and how you accept these unwarranted bad feedbacks.
I think anyone reading that feedback will see the silliness there, and it certainly would not put me off from buying from you !

It is a bit much blaming you for the weather!
A polite message might get a revision, but some people have no idea how silly they look.
As tressygirl says any member reading this comment would not take any notice, but suggest you add to blocked bidders list as you can do without this sort of buyer.
