Negative feedback

I've just received my first EVER negative feedback. I've got 5 stars on my item as described but customer said it was wrong, without reading description.

They waited 3 weeks to give feedback and did not follow guidance on leaving negative feedback. Did not say there was a problem - no comments.

I've offered a full refund but buyer refuses to reply.

How do I get it removed?

It's unlikely to be removable by eBay, so probably only by communicating with the buyer.

 

If your buyer prefers to sulk than accept there was a genuine misunderstanding about what this venerable old spark plug spanner fits that will probably be the end of it. 

 

If he cools down and you can resolve the problem with him you can send him a feedback revision request: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/disputing-feedback-received?id=4102#sectio...

 

You have to send the request within 30 days of receiving the feedback, and the buyer will have 10 days to revise it.
