SELLER SENT WRONG ITEM I RETURNED THE ITEM THEY SAY THEY SENT RIGHT BUT IT HASNOT ARRIVED AFTER 2 WEEKS

Did you open a dispute?.

It is always best to ask for a refund and start again as replacements often do not arrive

If you have not opened the dispute then do it now as you have 30 days.

The seller sends a pre paid label for the return and once you have it back they refund in full of the original payment

If they dont within a couple of days then you go back to the dispute and escalate it to ebay who force the refund

Dont delay as some sellers will run you out of time for the dispute

i am now getting phone calls from this seller harassing me i dont know how they have got my mobile number would ebay give it to them

Did you open a case and return the item through Ebay?

The seller would have your phone number.  Sellers are given your number when you buy an item.

How is the seller harassing you?  You can always block their number.
