I have tried to add items to my watch list by clicking on the button provided, for several different items, over a period of several weeks. No luck. when I go to my watch list it tells me I am not watching any items. I have refreshed, and cleared the cache and cookies - no change.
I tried a different browser, but login failed because the code for access never arrived (to either my email or my phone). Then it said I was locked out and to try tomorrow. But I can still log in on my originala browser.
So I tried to 'chat with an agent'. It said they would be with me within 1 minute - I am still waiting an hour later.
So now I am here. Can anyone give me a clue how to fix this? Or how to get through to customer service? Thanks
