I recently made a order but it is not showing in my account and the seller is using deleting tactics also when I click on the purchase email a error code appears can you help

You may have ordered your item as a ' Guest Purchase'.   If so, there will be no details in your eBay account, as it wasn't used for the purchase.

Is there an issue you wish to return for a refund?  This will explain the process.
