ordered on 17th Dec, still not received, told on 4.1.25 it would be chased up by Ali on an email. Nothing since. Just logged into eBay and no record of the purchase, order number doesn't exist either... following the links on eBay is no help as its not listed in my purchases so clearly it fraudulent selling. What a shame eBay isn't stopping this and there isn't buyer protection if you have no record of the item... next stop will be social media to try and track them down.

If the order isn't showing in your Purchase History, might you have purchased it as a guest?

Guest buyer perhaps ??, if so it will not appear on your eBay account summary ... instead search >
