My parcel missing

The problem is I sended parcel to the customer and he said address need  code, but I trust I sended to him , and he open the case , he didn’t receive the parcel . Now he had he money refund and I don’t have my parcel back? I  did checked the evri tracking there is nothing to proof where is my delivery . This is not fair , I need my money back too

Two things, I suspect you sent the item on the simple delivery, which means if the item was not received and or was damaged in transit ebay will cover the cost to the buyer, you already have the money so check your payments tabe to ensure that you do still have the monies.

Secondly you are selling new and multiple new items, private sellers don't have this sort of things stuffed away in their garage or cupboards if they are a genuine private seller. I suspect you need to upgrade your account correctly to a business seller.
