On October 24th, I ordered 3 cameras from you, but none of them have been delivered. When I contacted you, you only replied for 3 days and then rejected everything, but none of my money has been refunded.

 

Please refund my money as soon as possible. I have already made two payments: £27.98 and £18.26.

 

This is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter with eBay and then I will uninstall your application.

You are not talking to ebay, but buyers and sellers like yourself.

 

 COnsidering you state that you ordered on Friday there is a possibility that the items would not be dispatched until today! Give the seller a little time to get the items to you!

 

You would have had an estimated delivery date. If after the last day quoted, and the items have still not been delivered then you need to open an Item Nt Received case (goto your purchase history find the item and click more actions and start the process from there)

 

The seller has three days to resolve the situation, if you have not had a satisfactory answer or solution after three days on the fourth you can escalate the case with ebay to 'force' the refund.
