My order never arrived and back to sender from depot

My parcel never arrived. Parcel was stock in GLS  Germany depot then was back to seller. My money never refunded.  I lost money and seller don't want to refunded.  I have bignoroblem but I have proof screenshots from GLS website tracking of parcel was back to seller in Germany.

Have you opened a "not received" case on ebay?   If not select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.

Thank you but I can't do any actions at my purchase.
Please help me with this because paypal did not help me. I have screenshots
from GLS Germany this order back to seller in Germany. Wwhats more the
seller vo firm this order was back nad cancelled. I never refund.

You will not be able to open a case for item not received until one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery, you may be looking too soon.

Then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

You say Paypal didn't help you, did you open a case with Paypal before trying a claim with eBay? If so you wont be able to open an eBay claim.

If you did open the Paypal claim go back to them and appeal showing the proof the item has been returned to seller.
