It's a small game that my son sold on my eBay for £3.20. Initially he requested a £2.79 Yodel label, but for some reason, once I'd dropped it off at the shop, I realised there was an additional £6.19 label against this item, so I cancelled it. I then get a message from Yodel saying they'd cancelled the label which I didn't realise was on the package. So I was in limbo not knowing where to go for the package., I contacted the buyer who was very relaxed and said she didn't want me to cancel her sale and she would wait to see what I found out. then two days later she contacted me to say the package had been delivered to her. I asked her for a copy of the label but shed thrown it away. So now my toy is doing as overdue for dispatch and not delivered. Contacting eBay is so frustrating. Any suggestions? I'm not stressing over it due to the small amount, but as I have only just starting selling on eBay, I would like to know what to do for future issues ion they arise.
