If your listing is removed or hidden by eBay, you may see similar listings still active on the site. This could be for a few reasons:

 

There may be differences between the two listings that aren't obvious.


The other sellers may be a rights owner or authorised retailer of the item.

 

 Generally, items made from endangered or protected species are prohibited. If selling items from non-endangered species, you need to ensure you comply with all relevant UK laws and regulations.


Your listing was reported to us, but the other listings weren't as the site is massive with over 7 billion listings on at any one time,  so some will invariably slip the net and become listed.
