QR code and label already used..?

Hi, have had an issue today with a parcel I'm sending, the label I've used has apparently, under Royal Mail's systems, already been used, despite me never sending another parcel with this label on.. What's the best course of action for me to do here? I was thinking it's probably best for me to cancel the order and issue a refund as they clearly aren't going to take it, but first wanted to check if there's maybe any other solutions I could try..? Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated!
