There is a 'contact us' link in your screenshot.

As long as you are happy the message is genuine, use the link to contact Ebay.

You need to first log out of this UK site.  Clear cache and cookies,  log into your homesite www.ebay.com and contact the agent from your link above.

 

I'm presuming the original messages came through your eBay message.
