My buyer has underpaid the postage and is not responding to my message

Royal Mail rejected the buyer pre paid label as it was underpaid - suitable for a large envelope rather than small parcel. I have messaged the buyer asking them to re buy correct postage (eBay says buyer will not suffer the incorrect cost) and provided dimensions and weight. The buyer has not responded. What should I do next?

Buyer merely pays and buys based on the postage quoted in your listing. They no doubt do not think it is their problem if wrong postage is shown. You will eventually have to decide whether to send at your expense or refund.
