My buyer has not returned the item despite receiving a full refund. Ebay say case is closed.  Guidance appreciate

Sorry but when a refund is issued before the item has been returned ebay assume the seller does not want it back and close the case.   Hope it's wasn't  a high value item.   If there's a next time get the item back before you refund.
