You can't do anything through Ebay as they give you 30 days only to report and return a faulty item.
If you bought from a UK business seller, then their details should be on their listings - with an address you can write to or a number you can call.
If you bought from a private seller, you don't have the same consumer rights. You need to check and see if you have any rights after this length of time.
