Multiple returns

If I have bought 2 items and arranged return for 1. How do I then arrange return for the second item? Do I need to cancel the original return and then start a new return? Or will this prevent me from making a return at all? Thank you in advance ☺️

Don't close the return, you won't be able to open another one. 

If the items were bought and sent in one transaction together you should able to return them together. 

If they were bought separately open a return for each one and send back separately.
