I’ve bought a full suspension bike used but in good condition. When collecting it there was no faults pointed out and I couldn’t see anything wrong with it. I have now taken it to get serviced and they cannot get the back wheel off as there is an Alan key snapped I the through Maxwel. What can I do
If you're out of time to return it and get a refund, it shouldn't be difficult to get the snapped allen key out with the right tools if they service bikes.
Thanks, it was bought on the 13th December but it says no returns on the sellers info. I haven’t contacted the seller yet until I know what my rights are, or should 1 contact e bay the bike was over £1000.
