Money refund

Ordered reading glasses from seller which were supposed to arrive 7th September but as yet on the 30th September still no glasses. Tried to contact seller but message read NO LONGER REGISTERED USER .E bay says no refund given as order will be with me by 7th September. I can only presume they mean 2025

On the 8th September you should have opened a case for "I have not received it".  You have only 30 days so whilst still in time you have only a short time left. 

Open the case now from the item.   After 3 full business days simply escalate the case and you should get a refund unless the seller can show delivery by tracking.

As you cannot contact  a  ' No longer Registered User' ,  you may not be able to open a case for item not received,  and may need eBay Customer Services help here to open a case or just to fully refund you, as they have removed the seller from their site.
