Money not going into Ebay balance after items are sold

Hello I don't know if anyone can help me but I don't seem to be receiving any money after selling a product. It is saying that the buyer has paid but the money isn't appearing in my eBay balance. My bank details are all correct. Is there anything else I need to do or is there a reason why I can't receive the money? One of the buyers said that they had paid on the 11th of March 2025 which was £8.86 but it's still not in my eBay balance.

You have returned to selling after a long break have you fully and correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments,  worth a check.

If there is still an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
