Missing payment

Hey there, I’m New to eBay and I’ve already sold a dozen items without any issue

but yesterday  I was  supposed to get paid for one of the items I sold, but never received anything in my eBay balance, and it says it has been delivered smoothly and it says in eBay balance 28th June, today is the 29th and still haven’t got anything
