Missing goods

Please help, I recently bought goods using a guest account. I have never received an order confirmed email however the funds have been taken from my account. I have no way to track the purchase or contact seller. How do I get my money back?

Here we go,  this  link below, will show you how to get your order details,  and describe how,  if you need to,  open a case for item not received / not as described.  The usual 30 day MBG,  Money Back rules will apply.

Thanks but I have requested my confirmation email twice from eBay and got no response.

Have you tried the link above I have offered?

It's an eBay page help for guest purchases,  and there's another link in there,  to show you your  order details.

When managing the above,  perhaps use a laptop / PC and try Chrome that seems to work well with eBay.  Don't use the app it's very limited in all options and features you may need here.
