Missing collection code when person came to collect my item

Hi, I sold an Xbox and someone came to collect it however at the time forgot to give me the collection code. I have messaged the buyer a few times to provide me with the collection code however I have not heard anything back and my item is still listed as being uncollected. I have evidence of messages from the buyer that they came to collect my item and ring doorbell footage of me handing over the item. Do I need to raise a form a case about this to release my funds? thank you for your time.

You can't open any sort of form or case.

With no collection code, Ebay will release your funds 14 days after the transaction date, so on day 15.
