Sellers are allowed to have more than one ebay account and, to be fair, they are allowed to ask whatever price they want for their own items.

I'm not sure what  you mean by this  "When you go to lower price site it changes to the higher price"

Could you post the item number?

Not quite sure what you mean here?

Do you mean that a seller is advertising an item on eBay and elsewhere, where it shows a cheaper price, and when you select to buy it from that site the price then goes up?

Are you buying something from outside the UK?

If you are, then import VAT will be added at checkout if the item is less than £135.
