Marking as delivered

Is there a way I or the buyer can mark the item as delivered? I posted the item via Royal Mail not realising I had already selected the pre paid option, so eBay is not realising it’s delivered and not releasing funds.

Without any tracking showing delivered you will have to wait the full 21 days for your money to be paid out.

Sometimes if the buyer leaves feedback it can speed it up.
