Mark a sold item as paid for

Hello 

help please

im trying to mark an item as paid for by the buyer - collected and paid for by the buyer 

the system says 

item marked as paid for  but with a red exclamation mark but then still shows as payment outstanding - I’ve tried to speak with an agent but cannot get through the automated options created by the robot on the chat

How did they pay?

If they paid through Ebay checkout, it will automatically be marked as paid.  If they paid you cash, then there is not any way to mark as paid because cash on collection is no longer allowed.
