Is your bank account showing a payment was made for this ' item' ?
If you are sure no one has access to your eBay account, might be worth changing your password, contact eBay Customer Servies and query if this was a purchase made, as you have no knowledge of this. Contact your bank too, to report an unknown purchase.
I would recommend changing passwords on all accounts you own, especially our email account and keeping a close eye on all accounts for the following weeks for any untoward transactions.
