Major issue with offers and vouchers

I recently made an offer for an item.  Because I had a £10 off voucher, I added that with the offer.  The offer page confirmed that if my offer was accepted I would pay £40 (offer was £50).  It showed £50 crossed out and stated "if accepted you will pay £40".  So the offer was accepted... and I was charged £50...

I cancelled and was refunded, but this just seems like a quite obvious error that needs to be fixed.  Either remove the option to add the voucher, or correct the payment system so that the voucher is honoured.

That does look like it might be some kind of technical issue.

No problem, I'm not expecting it to get sorted for this purchase.  As long as it's sorted long term.
