how come when you put an item on the website & you calculate the postage cost to send it......then when it goes live, they automatically put a cost which is much lower on the postage costs.
This in affect make me loose money posting items off via the Royal mail.
Has anyone noticed this when selling items on Ebay.??
I have already has a slanging match with customer services over this & feel like they are doing what ever they like & not listening to what is being said.
Just feel like they are just terrorists....worst of all, when you contact Customer services, the person on the other end............CANNOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH...........Disgusting behaviour all round.
Feel like taking all my items off Ebay......
