Lost sales item

I have lost an item I sold. I have messaged the buyer twice but no response. I have never lost an item before, what do I do now please?

Lost sales item

Click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on your sold list and select Cancel order and select a reason.   If they've paid a refund will be issued in the process.

Cancel the order by selecting the 'out of stock' reason.
