Buyer cancelled order and I approve it but

The buyer send me a cancellation request, which I approve, and the funds deduct from my ebay balance however buyer has paid, but the amount not credit to my ebay balance. Should I be worry. when it will be

credit into my ebay balance. is this possible buyer will get double refund? i am worried kindly guide me.

If you clicked APPROVE AND RELIST WITH FEES, that is all you need to do. Buyer will not get refunded twice unless you refunded outside the ebay system.

Yes i did it approve and relist. But i was just concerned about the refund
buyer get refund from ebay balance and Will i get the buyer payment in my
ebay account? Is this how its supposed to work?

The payment will be refunded back to your buyer from your eBay Balance if you haven't yet transferred it out.
