Listing wont move from draft to acive

I have an item for sale that wouldn't let me change the price so ended the listing.  Chose to relist the item with a new price but it will not move from drafts.  No errors, no account restrictions that I am aware of, nowhere near selling limits.  Item comes up as listed but not found when I try to view listing.  Any bright ideas?

You may have to wait between 24 and 48 hours for a new listing to appear on the site.
