Listing Removed - Counterfeit Policy

I had a bundle of vinyl for auction and it was removed today as it’s against the counterfeit policy. However none of them are counterfeit.

There were 16 vinyl in total and 2 of them say ‘Promotional copy NOT FOR SALE’

I’m guessing it was because of these promotional copies, otherwise how could they determine counterfeit Vinyl from a picture.

I’ve appealed and asked which ones were counterfeit.

It's poor wording, they don't mean counterfeit they mean someone has reported them, usually the rights owner, or someone who says they are the rights owner.
