It can take up to 48 hours for a listing to appear, especially if you are a new seller, having had a little break from eBay.
As long as you can see it in Active Listing, all is well, it will eventually appear. Even items all listed at the same time, can appear at different times.
Do not revise it, as that will send it to the back of the queue again to be indexed before it can be listed.
As a new seller have you registered for eBay's Managed Payments? You need to do this to be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
