I purchased a laptop from a seller on here, what actually arrived was a black hoodie, i have tried contacting the seller but they are accusing me of trying to swindle them. i am finding it really hard to talk to anyone at ebay to discuss this issue. Does anyone have any ideas of a way forward, I paid £360 odd for this and at the moment feeling really let down with the amout of support i can find.

You don't have to talk to anyone at eBay about it. All you need to do is use eBay's money back guarantee (item not as described).
