Seller sent incorrect product. EBay telling me to print a returns label but I don't have anyway of doing this. Seller repeatedly says will send me a label but never does.  Stuck now with wrong product, sellers mistake but I have lost £9.29 now

It can be tricky to print a return label if you don't have a printer.

However, you can usually get items printed at your local library or print shop, or forward your email to a friend with a printer.

It is better to be proactive and get things sorted rather than rely on empty promises from a seller and lose your money.

If you opened a not as described case, then seller has to provide a return label. Whether you can print it does not make much difference if he does not send it, so you escalate the case to ebay who usually just refund at sellers expense, and assume seller does not want item returned.

If however you opened just a return case, which is classed as a change of mind, buyer has to pay return postage.
