LOST DELIVERIES - SOMERSET

Having never had any lost/missing deliveries at my centre-of-town address in Langport in Somerset, so far this year I have had THREE. The seller sends me a photograph but it means nothing. If it's not on my doorstep or in my letter box then it's not here is it? The picture does not help in the slightest. What's changed? Why suddenly three lost parcels when for years I've had no problems? If they used Royal Mail, this would not happen. Their postmen and women KNOW the areas they deliver to. Underpaid and rushed delivery drivers do not. What's going on?

All you can do is ask seller before paying to use Royal Mail. Why anyone uses Couriers when RM can generally do a better job, and prices are competitive, and using Tracked 48 provides £150 of cover.

Many couriers only provide £20 and have many exclusions..
