Hi there, I bought this woofer for my sound bar but fortunately it was not paired. When I contacted LG I was told the frequency are different, it cant pair each other and the seller said is not taking it back. The same day I received that was the day i contacted the seller. Kindly come to my aids and rescue me pls

If the item was fully described to match your sound bar then you have a case for item not as described, see here:

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund, under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.

As you have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

Thanks but the subwoofer was programmed with their sound bar, it cant be paired with my sound bar. I have been to LG I was told it cant work. I will appreciate if she can take it back and be using it with her sound bar. I will really appreciate if this can be sorted out pls

The lady acted in a doggy way. The day I received was the day i contacted her and she quickly closed the return. I will appreciate if eBay can step in and process my refund pls. I will repackage the woofer and send it back to her. Thanks a lot

Thanks but the Ebay team did not allow me to escalate. The seller lied about the woofer and they allowed her to close the return process and even close the case. I really need help pls. I see this as a cheating. Kindly help if you can pls.

Did you open the correct case?

A seller or eBay cannot close a case for item not as described within 30 days.

If you let that time lapse and did not escalate, the case will close . Or, if you opened a straight return not one that stated .... ' Doesn't Match Description or Photos ', then the buyer can close the case if they have a No Returns policy on their listing.

Once close another case for the item cannot be opened with eBay, you'll need to turn to your payment provider now, for help with your refund.
