Hi, I had a customer purchase jeans that were used. They had them delivered on the 16th January have left feedback to say goods are ok. She has now contacted me almost 10days later to say the elastic in the jeans has gone. Where do I stand for this so I can reply to customer on what I can do regarding this as she had stated everything was ok.
cheers

Buyer opens not as described case, you issue returns label, refund in full on return.
If you don't want to pay return postage, refund through case now.

When the goods arrived the buyer stated they were all in good condition and left positive feedback, they now claim 10 days later that they are damaged? So do I still have to accept a not as described return.

If you ignore or refuse case, ebay will force refund.
Ebsy never item, but believe buyer.
