Creating combined postage for items that will be going into the same envelope help please

A customer is buying 3 items which will fit into one envelope she has paid for two items and has sent me an offer for the third which I am going to accept how do I ajust the postage so she only pays once for the items instead of 3 lots of postage  ?

You can't send a combined invoice if she's already paid for two.    After full payment issue a partial refund for the postage.    Use the Send Refund link via the dropdown arrow next to the item on your orders page.   On the next page you will be able to change the amount before you submit.
